Sexually Inappropriate Behaviors Treatment Committee
Mission: Offering education and support to those who are working with clients who have engaged in sexually inappropriate behaviors.
Within the world of forensics, counseling is a much-needed intervention, but often underutilized. We hope to provide education and peer support to those who currently work with, or seek to work with, this marginalized population. We also seek to address the stigma associated with this population, as well as the professionals who work with them.
